Attorney Alexandra Pestka-Tietz advises and represents national and international companies in the fields of transport and forwarding law (including national and international freight law, forwarding law, warehousing law, Montreal Convention), national and international maritime trade law and customs law.
Her expertise is also based on an many years employment for a globally active freight forwarding company. This enables Ms Pestka-Tietz to assess legal disputes from a legal point of view, taking into account the usual processes in practice.
Her range of advice also includes traffic law. Before founding her own law firm, she was a attorney for a leading law firm for traffic law in Germany and advised successfully car dealerships as well as private individuals on all traffic and civil law issues (enforcement and defence of claims due to traffic accidents as well as warranty rights due to defective vehicles or repairs, defence against charges and fines, etc.).

Ms Pestka-Tietz also worked for one of the leading commercial law firms in private international law in the USA.
